TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For all students living outside of the USA please fill out this form.

What happens next?
1. You will receive an email from me within 48 hours or a message via KakaoTalk/WeChat/Line/WhatsApp
​
2. We will set up a trial lesson date.
​
3. An Invoice will be sent to your email.
Payment will be collected no later than 48 hours before our scheduled class date.
Payment is processed via Stripe
If payment is not received the class will be canceled.
​
4. After our trial lesson you may choose a course plan (see below).
We will set a schedule for future classes.
​
5. You will receive all materials for each class.
Feedback will be sent to you after every 3 classes.

Cancellations & Refunds
-If a class must be canceled please let me know as soon as possible so that I may adjust my schedule-Students must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled class. Payment will be held and used towards the student's next scheduled class time.-All Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class scheduled time will be billed 50% of what was paid for that scheduled class. Further payment will be required for the next scheduled class.-There are no refunds for past classes already completed
-If you sent payment for a future class, but need to completely stop your classes, you will receive a refund for that class as long as you give the teacher 24 hours notice before your next scheduled class time-If you completely cancel classes and inform the teacher less than 24 hours of your scheduled class time, only 50% of what was paid for that scheduled lesson will be refunded to you.
Cancellations and Refunds for Plan Packages
-To cancel a plan package please email me to cancel and receive a refund for the remaining classes.-Packages where 3 out of the 5 classes have already been completed no refund will be issued.-Speaking sessions where 6 out of the 10 sessions have been completed will not be refunded.-Classes in a plan must be booked within 1 year of purchase.-Classes that have not been booked or completed within 1 year of purchase will not be refunded.
